Calculator Terms of Use

1. These terms of use contain the conditions under which RABLE Group B.V. ( "RABLE Group")bpermits you to use the calculator tool made available through RABLE Group's website at www.RABLE.com (the "Calculator") and create and use an associated online account (the "Account").

2. You agree to use the Calculator and your Account for the sole purpose of supporting the registered user’s configuration and installation of certain RABLE Group products as specified in the Calculator.

3. You agree to keep your login credentials (email address and password) to access theCalculator and your Account strictly confidential and up to date. You acknowledge and agreethat you will be solely responsible for all means of access to the Calculator and your Account, by way of your login credentials (whether by authorised or unauthorised persons), and that you shall immediately notify RABLE Group of any (suspected) unauthorised access or use.

4. You acknowledge and agree that the Calculator (including all information set forth therein) and the Account are made available by RABLE Group "as is", without ,whether express or implied,any representation, warranty or condition of conformity, availability, quality, fitness for any particular purpose, non-infringement, absence of errors, or absence of interruptions.

5. The use of the Calculator generates or provides access to information with regard to RABLE Group products, including (without limitation) configuration calculations, drawings, product lists, product quantities, pricing, and installation instructions. You acknowledge and agree that RABLE Group shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness, correctness or any other element of such information, or for your use of or. reliance on such information.

6. You may store information generated through the use of the Calculator in or via your Account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding such information, and you acknowledge and agree that RABLE Group shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to such information.

7. All intellectual property rights in respect of the Calculator and information made available by RABLE Group through the Calculator are and shall remain vested in RABLE Group or its licensors. You have a limited right to remotely use the functionality of the Calculator as made available on the RABLE Group website in accordance with these terms of use. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not: (i) in any manner make the functionality of the Calculator accessible to third parties, (ii) copy any element of the Calculator, (iii) change any element of the Calculator (other than those elements which apparently allow for your input), (iv) attempt to disable or circumvent any protective measure implemented in or in conjunction with the Calculator, or (v) seek to derive the source code of the Calculator.

Calculator Gebruiksvoorwaarden

1. Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden omvatten de voorwaarden waaronder RABLE Group B.V. ("RABLE Group") u toestaat om gebruik te maken van de calculator tool die via de website www.RABLE.com ter beschikking wordt gesteld (de "Calculator") alsook om een bijbehorende online account aan te maken (het "Account").

2. U stemt ermee in om de Calculator en uw Account uitsluitend door de geregistreerde gebruiker te laten gebruiken voor het doel om uw configuratie en installatie van de in Calculator benoemde RABLE Group producten te ondersteunen.

3. U stemt ermee in om uw inloggegevens (emailadres en password) voor de Calculator en uw Account strikt vertrouwelijk en actueel te houden. U bevestigt en stemt ermee in dat uw uitsluitend verantwoordelijk bent voor alle manieren van toegang tot de Calculator en uw Account met gebruikmaking van uw inloggegevens (zij het door geautoriseerde of niet-geautoriseerde personen) en dat u RABLE Group onmiddellijk op de hoogte zult stellen van elk

(vermoeden van) ongeautoriseerde toegang of gebruik.

4. U bevestigt en stemt ermee in dat de Calculator (inclusief alle daarin vervatte informatie) en het Account door RABLE Group "as is" ter beschikking worden gesteld, met alle eventuele gebreken en zonder enige garantie of toezegging, zij het impliciet of expliciet, ten aanzien van conformiteit, beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit, geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel, afwezigheid van inbreuken, afwezigheid van fouten of afwezigheid van onderbrekingen.

5. Met het gebruik van de Calculator wordt informatie gegenereerd of toegang verschaft met betrekking tot RABLE Group producten, waaronder (zonder beperking) configuratieberekeningen, tekeningen, productlijsten, producthoeveelheden, prijzen en installatie instructies. U bevestigt hiermee en stemt ermee in dat RABLE Group geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid of aansprakelijkheid heeft voor de accuraatheid, volledigheid, juistheid of enig ander element van deze informatie of voor uw gebruik van of vertrouwen op deze informatie.

6. U kunt informatie die met het gebruik van de Calculator wordt gegenereerd opslaan in of via uw Account. U heeft de uitsluitende verantwoordelijkheid om deze informatie veilig te stellen, en u bevestigt en stemt ermee in dat RABLE Group geen verantwoordelijkheid of aansprakelijkheid heeft voor het verlies of de beschadiging van dergelijke informatie.

7. Alle intellectuele eigendomsrechten ten aanzien van de Calculator en de informatie die door RABLE Group via de Calculator ter beschikking wordt gesteld berusten en blijven berusten bij RABLE Group of haar licentiegevers. U heeft een beperkt recht om op afstand de functionaliteit van de Calculator zoals door RABLE Group op de RABLE Group website beschikbaar gesteld te gebruiken in overeenstemming met deze gebruiksvoorwaarden. U bevestigt en stemt ermee in dat u niet (i) de functionaliteit van de Calculator aan derden toegankelijk zal maken, (ii) enig element van de Calculator zal kopiëren, (iii) enig element van de Calculator zal aanpassen (anders dan die onderdelen waarin klaarblijkelijk uw input kan worden gegeven), (iv) enige beschermingsmaatregel die in of in samenhang met de Calculator is aangebracht zal trachten te omzeilen of ontmantelen, of (v) zal trachten de broncode van de Calculator te herleiden.
